1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Masta, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using or accessing this application.

2. Use of Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, understand service usage, and personalize content. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some service functions.

3. Google Integration and Types of Access

We provide two types of access related to Google services:

a) Sign in with Google: Limited access only to your email and basic profile for authentication purposes.

b) Connect via the Credential menu: Limited access to Google Sheets (Spreadsheets) to allow AI agents to read and write data (insert and read) to support application functionality. This access does not include other Google data beyond the connected Spreadsheet.

No AI/ML training with your data

We do not use any user data obtained via Google Workspace APIs (including Google Sheets data) to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models. Such data is used solely to provide the requested features within the application and is not used to build generalized models.

4. Service Description

Masta is a platform that integrates various AI models to provide solutions such as answering questions, analyzing queries/documents, generating images, and related functionality. We strive to provide the best service, but do not guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Agent AI Builder feature: You can create and manage custom AI agents that can connect to a Google Sheets (Spreadsheet) of your choice. With the permissions you grant via the Credential menu, the AI agent can read and/or insert data into that Spreadsheet to support your workflows. This access is limited only to the Spreadsheet you connect and does not include other Google data.

5. User Obligations

Responsible Use: You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

Data and Information: You are responsible for the data you input and warrant that it is lawful and does not infringe the rights of third parties.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software are the property of Masta or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Masta is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the application, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the services, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms and conditions.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Masta may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email or updated on the site/application. You are encouraged to review these terms periodically.

10. Data Retention

Personal data is retained for a maximum of 12 months or as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of collection and applicable legal obligations. Thereafter, data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
