1. Use of Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience, understand how the service is used, and personalize content. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain service functions.

2. Google Integration and Types of Access

We provide two types of access related to Google services:

• Sign in with Google: Limited access only to your email and basic profile for authentication purposes.
• Connect via the Credential menu: Limited access to Google Sheets (Spreadsheets) to allow AI agents to read and write data (insert and read) to support application functionality. This access does not include other Google data beyond the connected Spreadsheet.

Agent AI Builder feature: You can create and manage custom AI agents connected to a Spreadsheet of your choice. The AI agent will use the permissions you grant to read and/or insert data in that Spreadsheet according to your configuration. We do not access other Google data outside the scope you connect.

No AI/ML training with your data

We do not use any user data obtained via Google Workspace APIs (including Google Sheets data) to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models. Such data is used solely to provide the requested features within the application and is not used to build generalized models.

3. Information We Collect

When you use Masta, we may collect various types of information, including personally identifiable information (such as name, email address) and anonymous information that cannot be linked to you individually.

4. Use of Information

The information we collect is used to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• Understand and analyze how you use Masta.
• Send updates, newsletters, or relevant promotional information.

5. Information Security

We use reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, breaches, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for a maximum of 12 months or as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of collection and applicable legal obligations. After that period, data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

7. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers to help operate our application, under obligations to maintain data confidentiality and security.
